Yaremcha resort is another popular resort in the Carpathians, created mainly for fun and skiing. Yaremcha is also a town of regional importance, located in the southwest of the region. Yaremche includes two colorful villages – Yamna and Doru, which are located slightly downstream and upstream of the Prut River. They are also a significant part of the resort.

The central part of the Ukrainian Carpathians is known to have all natural conditions for recreation and winter activities. That is why Yaremche has a “decent collection” of sanatoriums, recreation centers, boarding houses, cafes and restaurants. Well, even the fact that there are no industrial enterprises or production facilities near the resort area contributes to the recovery and gradual treatment of the human body.

At the moment there are 13 recreation centers, 5 tourist bases, 11 excellent sanatoriums and 6 health camps with original equipment for the treatment of nervous system disorders, respiratory system diseases and musculoskeletal apparatus.

Tourist infrastructure of Yaremcha is well developed, tourists come here both in winter and summer.

The resort has one small 300-meter rope tow elevator, which is enough to get up the mountain and down the slopes for beginner skiers with a breeze.

In addition, the prices for wooden lodging and other useful services here are low. And the level of secondary resort services is close to the European level!

On New Year’s Eve and Christmas Day, the resort hosts colorful folk festivities, which have managed to preserve their true form from the distant antiquity.
